At Gorgeous Arm Boutique, Our Biggest goal is to well serve our Gorgeous customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better!
Please look at your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If you think you have received a defective item or would like to initiate an exchange please contact our customer service team at gorgeousarmboutique@outlook.com within 5 days of receipt of your order.
Here is a simple run down of the rules and procedures for returns:
- Items can only be exchanged if unused and in the same condition as received. Shoes and Jewelry are Final Sales. Exchanges for Handbags are welcome.
- Exchanges are welcome. There will be a 3-5% Restocking Fee for all refunds processed If there shall be one.
- All Exchanges/returns must be received within 15 days from the date you receive your order or 15 days from the date on a provided return label. No exceptions.
- Anything purchased with any form of personalization is a FINAL SALE and not eligible for a return/exchange.
- Anything purchased on clearance is a FINAL SALE and not eligible for a return/ Exchange.
- All Sale items are a FINAL SALE.
- Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, un-used and all original packing and tags attached. If an item is returned that has been used or damaged, you will need to provide a return label to get the items back to you.
- All items must be packed and protected. If there is any damage to items due to lack of protection, you will be charged. This includes dustbags, boxes, bags and hardware. No exceptions.
- Shipping is non-refundable unless there is a mistake on our end.
- Return shipping must be paid by the customer. If you are provided a return label for any reason, they are valid for 10 days. If you let your label expire, you are responsible for the shipping cost.
- If a shipping label is requested, a non-refundable $10- $15 shipping fee will be deducted from refund total.
- Please allow our team 3 to 5 business days to process your return once it is received to GAB.
Changing or Cancelling you order
- All orders must be canceled within 4 hours of placing you order.
- All changes must be requested within 4 hours of placing your order.
- After 4 hours have surpassed, unfortunately we can NOT cancel your order.
Manufacture Warranty
Most Items come with a 30 day manufactures warranty for any defects within this time period. After this time period you are fully responsible for your item. We do not and will not cover any natural wear and tear due to personal use or lack of care.
